For internal employees to refer external candidate to apply the job through Me → Opportunity Marketplace, search for a job and click Action → Refer Candidate, under Candidate Details section the phone number format is always Country + Area Code + Phone Number, and it's not dynamically refreshed when switched from one country to another, and it's also not defaulted based on the country of the Requisition.

Area Code is valid for US, but makes NO sense to other countries.

Is there any way to make the phone number section more smarter? Where to configure the phone format based on the country entered?
