How to enable Business Title field on Goals and Performance ESS and MSS pages

Hi,

When we enabled Redwood, we do not see Business Title fields for Goals and Performance ESS and MSS pages. I know they are available in Redwood, but not able to get from where we can enable it. Please suggest if you have any information on this.
