Calculate performance time from assign to response, but exclude a particular queue

Group Performance Simple (Report ID 52)

I need to know the average time it takes from assignment to a response being sent.

I have my filter set to use: Interval = assigned to response sent

My problem is that I need this to exclude a certain queue, if the incident was assigned to that queue when the interval (assigned to response) equals a certain queue.

I tried adding a filter for inc_performance.queue_id, and tried to use "not equals" as well as"if not in list" and neither of them seemed to work. 

Is there a way to edit the expression below, so that it only counts IF the queue id does not equal a certain value?
