Issue with Retirement plan communicating incorrect employee and employer percentages

Summary:

The Benefits Communicated Amount (percentage) is incorrect and is the annualized percentage of the employee and employer Defined Amount.

Employee percentage should be 10% and Employer percentage should be 14%. Instead, employee percentage is 260% and the employer percentage is 364%.

Processed a new hire event on converted employees and the communicated amounts were correct.

Testing the Recruit to Hire business process and the Newly Hired employees' enrollment is returning the incorrect percentages.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue in Oracle Cloud Benefits, or is the a Payroll - Element configuration issue?
