How to hide "Autoapproved" on Redwood Self-Service Report a Life event page

Navigation: Me > Benefits > Quick Actions > Report a Life Event
When a user initiates a new life event, after selecting the event type, entering the event date, and clicking Save, the system immediately displays the status “AutoApproved.” This is causing confusion, as users are exiting the process without clicking Continue or completing the required enrollment tasks.
We are looking for a way to suppress or hide the “AutoApproved” status from displaying at this stage. Ideally, this status should be shown only after all associated tasks are completed.
