How to show "Response Feedback" to employee/Manager in questionnaire

Dear Team,

While creating the questions I added notes in the "Response Feedback section, Now while the employee or manager accesses the questionnaire, it should appear in the questionnaire. However, I am not able to see the notes added earlier while creating the questions. Kindly assist.
