Terminated Employee Displayed as Active in Talent Pool

Summary:

While adding a group of employees to the talent pool, one employee was terminated. Upon reviewing the talent pool, the terminated employee still appears as active in the member section. Additionally, attempting to access by clicking on employee's name an error message pop-out. Have I overlooked something, or is there hidden functionality that needs to be enabled?
