Change Beneficiary Life Event Removes Dependents
When a Change Beneficiary Life Event is evaluated and processed on an employee, the dependents on all plans are being removed.
Example: Associate has Medical, Dental, and Vision plans all with Associate + Children tiers. On 5/1/25 a Change Beneficiary life event is processed by the benefits rep. On 4/30/25 all dependents are appearing on all the plans as should in the Benefits Summary. On 5/1/25 onward, the dependents are missing. This is causing issues with our vendor files as they are showing blank dependents even though the employee is carrying plans that requires dependents to be selected.
Can someone help me identify what within our configuration could be causing this?
