Hide Participant Rating and Manager Rating drop down in section summary (Redwood)

I am having trouble trying to find a way to remove this option for the participant and the manager on 360 forms. In the summary of this particular section of the feedback, it allows the participant to change the overall summary score for the section. This is also the case when the form is back with the manager. The calculated rating remains but the section will allow the person to select another option and then it also displays above the calc rating.

In the section set up I removed the option to enable manual section ratings, hoping that would remove the ability to change the summary score.
