Understanding what end users are asking via chat

Hi All,
I am trying to build a report that tells me what kind of chats we have through, in a hope of gleaning some insight to further develop our FAQ's.
I have looked at the out of the box reports and can't find anything there, but I'm looking to create a report with Date, the subject of the chat and the end users name.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
