Organization Search

Morning everyone!

Please see the attached image, I added an additional search field (External Customer ID) to "Search Organizations" (This is a search from the HOME tab with the magnifying glass. I saved and now I can see however nobody else is seeing this change. Can someone point me in the right direction in regards to making this change visible to the masses?

Also, Does anyone know how to add this search to everyone elses HOME tab as well?
