All in one evaluation goals rating not available

Summary:

Hello,

Depending on our Performance Evaluation Document , the manager is not available to rate and comment the Performance Goals directly into the all in one evaluation (see screenshot below).Please note that the goal is available to evaluate and that the manager can rate goals in other performance document.
Could you please let me know which part of the Performance Template needs to be updated to allow that?
