ESRI Integration with OFSC

Summary:

Hi Team,

There is a requirement from one of our customer to integrate ESRI to OFSC. At customer end ARGIS version is 10.8.1. In Oracle documentation's it says it supports version 10.9.1 or higher.
GIS team has ArcGIS 10.8.1 version, since they have field maps enabled in that version. Can we able to use the marketplace app to setup the integration in 10.8.1?
