Goal Management in Performance Document – Manager Access

We have identified that it is currently not possible for managers to add or edit goals directly within the Performance Document. This limitation impacts our ability to manage goals efficiently during the performance review process.

Could you please confirm if this is expected behavior? Is there any configuration that would allow managers to perform this action, or is it planned for a future enhancement?
