Redwood Talent Management - set goals and worker self evaluation

Summary:

We are trying to enableRedwood profile options in one of the Non prod environments and have the goalsync enabled. But I am not able to view the section to add competency goals inthe performance document like before as it has only summary section now inRedwood. How do we move the competency goals from responsive to Redwood.

Another question is as wewill have the goals approved in Goals center, and the same goals are synched inperformance document, how to submit and move the performance document toworker-self evaluation phase? I don’t see set goals task or submit button onperformance document. Can you please clarify these two questions? I had tomanually move the document as an admin but as an employee how to move forwardafter the goals approval to worker self-evaluation phase.
