Deliver-to Location line level and Deliver to Location header level validation

Summary:

Hi,

I'm trying to create a validation that stops users using a certain Deliver To Location. I have managed to find the Line level 'Messages' 'Target Fields' but I can't find the Header level 'Delivery' 'Deliver to Location'.

Could you tell me what the 'Target Fields' are for both of these locations? And do I have to create two separate Validations? Also is there a way to expand the 'Messages' selection box so I can e.g. see all the 'Target Fields' I have selected?
