Collection Strategy Task - User added task stays in To be Created

Summary:

We have a requirement where the collector/user would need to skip or Cancel a scheduled Automatic task and then add a Manual user task.

It is observed that once the user is update the Automatic task from "To be Created" to Skip and then Add a User task of type Manual the new Manual Task stays in To Be Created and Primary Collector is not assigned to the Manual task.. All earlier tasks in the sequence are either completed or Skipped.

It is therefore expected that the for the next manual task in the sequence the Primary Collector is added and the Task moves to Open status.
