Performance Document Name not available within LOV

Summary:

After making updates to the annual performance template, it is no longer available for selection within the drop down menus on the Redwood UI. This was working the first half of the day and then stopped. I have cleared my cache and used different browsers and this did not resolve the issue. Has anyone else experienced this and resolved?
