Can you change the document description to a drop down selection in the performance document?

While adding an Anytime Document for an employee, you are given the option to add a Document Description. This is currently an open-text field. Is there a way that this can be switched to a drop-down menu?

We will be using the Anytime Documents as our discipline form, and have the ability to put the levels (i.e. coaching, step 1, suspension, etc.) in a drop-down menu will help our HR and Manager teams consistently classify the documents. In addition, it will help users to quickly assess where an employee is within the disciplinary process.
