Feedback Request and Feedback notes not visible within Performance Document

Summary:

Hello,

We've enabled feedback requests for our client. We included feedback notes and requested feedback on the Performance Template and made sure the Include in the Performance Document option is enabled in Feedback templates.

However, when using Performance Documents, feedback requested is not visible to employees/manager. Please note that we selected the option to share the feedback both with employee and manager when requesting the feedback.

Do you have any suggestion to solve this?
