Data Not Displaying on New Goal Page in Redwood

Summary: I'm facing an issue where data is not displaying on the "New Goal" page in the New Goal page. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference; it indicates that the page is blank in the area where the goal details should appear. I am attempting to create a new goal, but no data is appearing, despite the suggested goals being visible on the right side.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Could a configuration setting, user permissions, or a bug be the cause of the problem? Any advice on troubleshooting or resolving the issue would be greatly appreciated!
