Hide Development Goal completion bar in Performance Document

Inside the performance document, under Evaluate Development Goals section - when you click on the Show more info link, it shows you more details about the development goal along with its Completion bar:

The client wants to hide this when doing evaluations. I tried to hide it using VBS, however I wasn't able to find the Completion Bar in both Business Rules and Variables. How can we hide this?
