Hide Document Dates section in Performance Document

The client wants to hide the Document Dates section inside the Performance Document (bottom part of the page). Please see screenshot below:

I was able to hide the Review Period, Start Date, and End Date via VBS - however, the 'Document dates' header is still visible even if it was already set to 'Hidden':

Is there a way to hide this whole section including the header?
