Duplicated results, how to remove duplicates?

I have a report showing how many chats an agent has taken, handle time, wait time, wrap-up time, surveys completed on the agent, % of issues resolved (based on survey feedback) and total survey score.

 

The problem I am running into is that since I have to invoke two tables for the survey results (question.sessions and question.responses) it keeps trying to count the chats that completed a survey twice. I am able to exclude these results for numbered items like the # of chats completed using the below formula as it looks at the particular questions in our survey and removes the duplicate if it finds it:
