Redwood : Performance Quick Action Missing in 25B

Summary:

As per 25B release notes, HR Specialists should be able to access the Performance quick action via My Client Groups > Quick Actions > Show More > Talent > Performance. This allows access to employee performance documents and check-ins in the Redwood UI.

We have enabled the required profile options:

  • ORA_HCM_VBCS_PWA_ENABLED = Y
  • ORA_HRA_PERFORMANCE_DOCUMENTS_AND_GOALS_REDWOOD_ENABLED = Yes

However, the Performance quick action is not visible in our environment. Are there any additional steps, role setups, or known issues affecting this?
