How to Make the "Team Member Comment" Box Required for Self-Evaluation under Me?
Hi Everyone,
When an employee navigates to Me > Career and Performance > Performance and attempts to perform a Self-Evaluation, I want to make the "Team Member Comment" box mandatory.

I attempted to achieve this using VBS (Visual Builder Studio), but I couldn't find a way to enforce this requirement. Has anyone faced a similar issue or implemented a solution for this? Is there an alternate approach or a configuration option available to make this field required?
