Workaround needed for performance evaluation following job change

Hi Team,

I’m reaching out regarding a specific client requirement related to competency evaluations when an employee changes job roles within a year.

Scenario:

  • On 26/05/2025, an employee holds the job ACCOUNTING in the system.
  • On 28/05/2025, the employee changes job to BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.
  • The client needs to evaluate the employee’s competencies linked to the previous job (ACCOUNTING), valid up to 26/05, even if the performance document is created after the job change.

Currently, as confirmed by a Service Request, Oracle pulls competencies from the job profile of the employee’s current job assignment at the document creation date. This means competencies from the previous job are not considered once the job changes.
