Hi all,

I am looking for a little help with an existing report. So I have a basic report which shows the following:

Staff Member

(incidents.assgn_acct_id)

Overdue

Critical Warning Safe Total
Agent 1 0 0 5 2 7
Agent 2 0 0 2 2 4
Agent 3 1 0 0 0 1

I would like to add an exception to this report that indicates if one of the assigned accounts is not currently logged in. For example if Agent 3 is not logged in, highlight their name to show me they are not logged in, in real-time. Is this possible? This is so we can re-assign if we can see the agent is not available.
