Performance Mgt Access for Business Managers of a Dept

Summary:

We are implementing performance management reviews out to all staff within our organization later this year. This will be done using Redwood, we are currently on 25B. We have Business Managers throughout the organization that are responsible for different depts. To simplify things, the company pictured below has four depts; A, B, C, D.

Lets say Jill is a Business Manager and is responsible for all staff in Dept B. Jill has no direct or indirect reports in Dept B. Jill doesnt have any additional Performance Mgt Admin roles. Jill has the basic Performance Mgt Worker role allowing her to perform her own review. In Jill's situation, is it possible to grant Jill access to all of the performance reviews in Dept B without seeing any reviews from Dept A, C or D? Jill just needs to be able to view all the staff reviews in Dept B, no
