Is it possible to include the mid-year evaluation within the end-of-year evaluation?

Summary:

We have a client who has requested that, during the end-of-year evaluation, the manager should be able to view a field on the same page that includes the results of the evaluation and the mid-year review. Is it feasible to implement this as a descriptive flex field, or is there another way to achieve this within the system?
