Pre-populating Performance Documents Comments Box

Hi,

Does anyone know of a way we can pre-populate the employee comments box within a Performance Document, almost like a template we can use so we can add comments to explain to the employee how to complete each field, ideally would be looking to do this within the highlighted section below;
