Journeys Fast Formula for Activation Criteria 25A

Summary:

Hi,

We are working on configuring Contextual Offboarding Journey in 25A.

Here is the desired task flow:

• The first task is "Line Manager Offboarding".
• Once this task is completed, a group of tasks should be triggered in parallel, such as:
  • Finance Offboarding Tasks
  • IT Asset Manager Offboarding
  • Accounting Offboarding
  • Technical Operation Offboarding
  • Phone, Meal Card, Vehicle Return, etc.
• After all of these tasks are completed, the final task — HR Offboarding Tasks — should become active.

Since Oracle Journeys only allows one preceding task to be defined per task, we are exploring options to enforce this logic, potentially using Fast Formula
