AI Agent on Redwood SSP - Procurement Policy Advisor

Hi everyone,

We're currently setting up the AI Agent for Procurement Policies in Redwood Self-Service Procurement. Under the Tools section of the policy advisor setup, we've attached two different policy documents:

However, during testing, we noticed that when engaging with the AI agent, it only references the latest updated document. The other attached policy does not appear to be indexed or used as a source in the conversation, even though it’s listed under the Tools section.

Is this the expected behavior? Does the AI agent currently support referencing multiple attached policies simultaneously, or does it only utilize the most recently updated source?
