Unable to view competencies section over redwood

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We are in 25 B, When an employee clicks on the competencies tile, the page loads with unexpected error occurred and competencies are not visible.

While when we access from other users who has additional HR roles it loads without any error. But no spider graph generated.

Please can you suggest any missing privileges causing this.
