Manager can see goals shared by others in Redwood UI

In Redwood UI, when a manager adds a goal for an employee (navigation: My team > Team goal center > Performance goals > Click on employee name > Add goal), the suggested goals appear on the right side of the page. Here the manager is able to view the goals shared by others in the organization with this employee. This was not available in responsive which also matches the customer requirement. How can we remove access such that managers do not see goals shared/suggested by others
