Redwood - Org Leader can't see all direct reports performance reviews

Summary:

Recently transitioned to Redwood UI for Performance/Goals module.

Org leader can't see Direct Report's (Manage's) Direct Reports performance documents under 'My Team'

We added the below priv in Line Manager role but still it's not working. Can someone please assist?
