Adding a Development Goal as manager spins in Italian language (Redwood)

Weird one-off before we enter an SR: Adding Development Goals as a Manager in 25B. If entering under the Italian language pack, the page just spins and does not come back for further action.

This does not happen in English (although it does take some time for the page to return) or other language packs that we have seen thus far.

Any known quick fixes?
