I am using the chat_queue_stats_rt table, it seems that it is not possible to make calculations with it. I need to have the real-time calculations of a Chat queue the following information:

  • Total Chat End Time
  • Average attendant interaction time
  • Average abandon time
  • Total adandon 
  • Number of calls in the last hour
