I need to account for the incidents that have passed in a certain queue, I am using the transactions table and the action "queue" and filtering by queue.id

But when I do the grouping by DD / MM / YY (transactions.created) the numbers increase, I believe that it is counting all the transactions that have in that correct ticket? Different when filtering by MM / YY.

But I need to count only once, regardless of grouping, or understand why this is happening.
