report on mailings including files that are referenced

I wonder if there is a way to run a report on mailings sent this year
and include the files (PDFs) that were referenced in the mailing campaigns
(example: a mailing with a button that opens a PDF once clicked on it);
so a check, if the reference in the mailing refers to a file on the RN instance,
and if yes, include it in the report
any clue?
