Dependent Eligibility Issue (Fast Formula)

We created a Fast Formula to validate dependent eligibility: if a specific field in their registration is filled out, they are eligible; otherwise, they are not.

However, we've identified an issue: even when the dependent is not eligible, the dependents option remains active but doesn't display any dependents.

The screenshots below show the highlighted option that is being made available for the employee with dependents marked as eligible. However, this option should not be available, since the dependent is not actually eligible.

Has anyone experienced this situation? How did you fix it?
