Benefits Redwood page throwing HTML error when reporting life event through self service and admin.

Does Fast Formula attached to Post Election Edit Formula type cause this error ?

The Fast Formula has couple of value sets to pull the data to validate the employee YTD contribution is not over the limit. If the Fast Formula takes more time to return a value, would it cause this error ?
