Performance Review Not Displaying Check-Ins – Only Feedback Is Visible

Summary:

We are using Oracle HCM Performance Management for our year-end review process.
When we open an employee’s Performance Document and click show more info hyper link - we are only seeing feedback even though there are check-ins exist for that employee. We have selected Check In to be included. Wanted to add - our Check in template is set up under Touchpoint not Performance.
