Redwood Benefits – Add Helpdesk Deep Link in “Need Help? Contact Us” Section

Hi everyone,
We’re currently rolling out Redwood Benefits for one of our clients. On the employee self-service page, the right-hand panel shows the “Need Help? Contact Us” block, which by default pulls the local HR contact person (name, photo, and email).
The client would like to add a direct link to their Helpdesk portal in this same section, so employees can click straight through if they have queries or issues related to their benefits.
Has anyone achieved this?
