Performance Documents Not Assigning When only HR Specialist Runs Eligibility Batch Process
Hi,
We have created a custom role for HR Specialists and provided access to run the Eligibility Batch Process (Privilege: Manage Eligibility Batch Process). The HR Specialist can see and run the process successfully. However, even though the process completes without errors, Performance Documents are not being assigned to employees.
When the same process is executed by an Administrator, the Performance Documents are assigned correctly.
Steps to Reproduce: (Currently system is 25B)
- Log in as HR Specialist with the custom role.
- Navigate to My Client Group > Performance > Eligibility Batch Process.
- Run the Eligibility Batch Process → The process completes successfully with no errors or warnings.
