Team Leaders Unable to Use "My Team" Quick Action to Respond to Feedback Requests

We’ve encountered an issue with the Redwood Feedback Center related to how Team Leaders respond to feedback requests. When a team member requests feedback from their Team Leader, the Team Leader is unable to respond via the following navigation path:
