Electronic Signature Configurations - DocuSign Error

When trying to connect the test environment to the demo docusign user, we are getting this error. We get the same error in the Redwood page (this was navigating in with setup and management).

I cannot find information regarding this error in this specific scenario. Does anyone have any insight into what is causing this error?

We clicked validate and got the error. Do we need to click authorize first?

I can't find specific instructions in the oracle documentation. In this link: it says "authorize and validate" does that mean that is the correct order?

Note - we do not encounter this error with the production user account details. We encounter the same error in the Responsive UI page as shown in the screenshot and also in the Redwood page when navigating in that way. I believe this indicates that it is not a Redwood issue.
