Redwood Hide “Action Program” in All-in-One Evaluations (Competencies)

Hello Team,
We need assistance with the All-in-One Evaluations page, specifically in the Competencies section under the Leader column. Our requirement is to hide and disable the “Action Program” option for leaders.
I have checked in Visual Builder (VB Studio) but could not locate any configuration to achieve this.
