On Sales order header EFF value enable and want to use in Sales Order Approval Rules

Summary:

We have requirement to trigger sales order approval based on the DFF percentage value, like if <5% no approval and it 5>% then it should go for approval.

Now this EFF value enabled and showing in "Manage External Interface Routing Rules". But the operator values are not showing like = or < etc which we want to use but it's showing as equal or contains etc.

How we can use that operators?
