Unable to Create Performance Document for eligible employees after Manage Eligibility Batch Process

Hi Team,

We are facing one challenge. After we ran the "Manage Eligibility Batch Process", the process was run successfully, but no records were created. And it's creating HDL internally and all records are in error means the import got successed 100% but load status is 0%.

Please someone will let me know what the issue is. We check the eligibility profile and everything is OK. 

And this issue did not happen earlier. Only after implementing the redwood are we facing this challenge.
